Last Sunday (Aug 29) at the Jackson Farmers' Market
Creative Chef Sean Kriletich along with assistant Laurel Lickteig, Sean’s partner and local grower, demonstrated how to prepare grilled and stuffed peppers. Sean put on an excellent performance gathering peppers and other produce from local venders and explaining a simple way to grill and stuff them. The market goers thoroughly enjoyed the delicious peppers. It turned into a light lunch.
C.H.I.P.S. Has come to Town!
That remarkable team from C.H.I.P.S. (Calaveras Healthy Impact Products Solutions) has volunteered to come to Molelumne Hill and clean up the parks and other public spaces. When you see them around town be certain to stop and give them a Thank You for assisting Moke Hill with maintining a beautiful and fire safe community.
